BOARD MEETING MINUTES: October 24, 2011 

Minutes for Board Meeting of 
	Missionary Independent Spiritual Church

	Church Board Meeting 10/24/11 10:30am - 11:30am
	

	Present were:

		Fred Burke

			by phone conference.

1. Psychic Reader Hotline Evaluation / Discussion by Board Members


	* Resolving after deliberation that 
	
		"Hoodoo Psychics" is not a project of the church.
	
		It will remain a project of Deacon Millett's, extended as an
		option to the members of AIRR, that option being joining his
		business.
		
		So far of the 23 AIRR List participants, currently 15 have
		accepted and we wish them well. 
		
		All the details of the business will be handled by him and
		we do not anticipate any Director Interested Transactions. 
		
		All investments were made by Fred, none by the church.
		
		AIRR provides only the listing and outreach information to
		the public. Projects amongst AIRR members beyond this is
		their own enterprise.
		
ALL PRESENT VOTED IN AGREEMENT WITH THIS DECISION AND STATEMENT.
